It is no secret that the job market in higher education is tough and getting tougher. We were joined on Historians TV by Jacqueline Jones from the University of Texas at Austin and Robert Townsend, the Assistant Director of Research and Publications at the AHA to discuss how both employers and academics looking for work should be approaching the job market.
